Dr Robert Childs is pleased to announce the successful Brass Workshop held at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama for the past five years will take place again this year on Sunday 24th June.
This Workshop is a day where young musicians can attend the RWCMD and receive expert tuition from Principal players from Cory Band.
During the day there will be an opportunity for delegates to work in small groups, full band and the chance to win the Prima Vista Musikk Shield by entering the Champion Brass Solo Competition, (although this is not compulsory).
The event will culminate in an early evening massed concert by the deligates, the winner of the solo competition and the Cory Band.
